Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
On average, orders arrive within:

7–14 business days
(In some locations, delivery may take slightly longer due to customs procedures or local logistics conditions.)

Where We Ship From

Our minoxidil products are manufactured and shipped from different countries depending on availability and destination.
Because of this, some packages may be processed through local customs according to each country’s regulations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs charges or import taxes vary by country and are determined by local authorities.
These fees are not included in your purchase and, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not able to predict or control if a package will be taxed, as this depends entirely on each country’s customs policies.

Lost or Stuck Packages

If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, we will gladly send a replacement free of charge.
To qualify, the tracking must show no movement or a confirmed loss by the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled or modified at any time before they are shipped.
If you need to cancel, update your address, or change an item, please contact us immediately.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
In this case, you must wait for your package to arrive and then request a return/refund following the guidelines below.

Returns & Refunds

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with photos and your order number.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
